We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SwingLogic. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Important Note: Returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee. However, before initiating a return, we encourage you to reach out to our support team for assistance with product setup and any questions you may have.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in the same condition as you received it.
- It is unworn or unused, with tags.
- It is in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We are here to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Warranty Claims / Replacements / Exchanges
Our SLX Products are covered under a 180-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects. Please note that damage caused by misuse is not covered under warranty.
If you would like to make a warranty claim, submit a HelpDesk Ticket using the link below. Include as much detail as possible, and attach pictures or videos to support your claim. Replacement items will include return postage to send back the defective products.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the product back. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
