Exiting Demo Mode and Binding Your SLX and Tittle 5-Course License in E6 Connect

If you're experiencing issues with being stuck in DEMO mode in E6 Connect, or if you've received a message that your License Key has already been redeemed, don't worry. This guide will walk you through the process of unbinding the default Demo License and binding your SLX and Tittle 5-Course License.
Understanding License Binding
E6 refers to the process of attaching a license to a user profile and device as "binding." When you create a user account, E6 automatically applies a 15-day Demo License. If you've redeemed a proper license but still see Demo mode, you need to unbind the Demo License.
Step-by-Step Guide to Unbind the Demo License
Step 1: Access Settings in E6 Connect
- Open the E6 Connect app.
- Click on the Blue Gear Icon located in the bottom right corner to enter settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Info & Help
- Within settings, select "Info & Help" on the left side of the screen.
Step 3: Manage Simulator Binding
- Scroll down to find "Simulator Binding."
- Click on it, then choose to UNBIND your current license.
Step 4: Re-login and Decline Previous License
- After unbinding, log back into the app.
- A pop-up will ask if you want to activate the previous license.
- Select "NO" to avoid rebinding the Demo License.
Step 5: Enter License Management
- Post declining, you’ll be directed to the License Management Screen within E6 Connect.
Step 6: Select Your SLX and Tittle License
- Look for the E6 License section, which will have a hexi-decimal format including letters and numbers.
- On the right, under "Integrations," find the License Key labeled with "SLX and Tittle (5 Courses)."
Step 7: Activate Your License
- Select the correct license.
- Click "Activate" at the bottom of the screen to complete the binding process.

- Ensure you’re connected to a stable internet connection during this process.
- If the license does not activate, double-check that you have selected the correct license key.
